Try before you pay
Every subscription starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel before the trial ends and you are never charged — that's the best refund there is.
After you've been charged
If something went wrong — a billing mistake, a renewal you meant to cancel, or the app genuinely doesn't work for you — email support@tindra.ink within 14 days of the charge and we'll issue a full refund of that charge. No interrogation.
How refunds are processed
Refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record, back to your original payment method. They typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
What isn't refundable
Charges older than 14 days, and partial periods after cancellation (cancelling stops future renewals; your access runs to the end of the paid period). AI usage billed by your own model providers is between you and them — we can't refund it because we never received it.
